45th Anniversary 4K Screening!
The Culver Theater and To Live and Let Die in LA present FROM CULVER WITH LOVE: Bond on the Big Screen! Join us on Tuesday, March 24th for FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, Roger Moore's fifth outing that features a back-to-basics approach after some of the series' more outlandish entries.
Our guests for the evening will be legendary film composer Bill Conti (For Your Eyes Only, Rocky, The Right Stuff, The Karate Kid) and actress/skater Lynn-Holly Johnson (For Your Eyes Only, The Watcher in the Woods, Ice Castles). Moderated by 007 author and historian Matthew Field, the two will discuss after the film what went into making this one of 007's most beloved and dangerous film adventures!
After disposing of a familiar looking face, Bond is sent to recover a communication device, known as an A.T.A.C., which went down with a British spy ship as it sunk. Bond must hurry though, as the Russians are also out for this device. On his travels, he also meets Melina Havelock, whose parents were brutally murdered. Bond also encounters Aristotle Kristatos and Milos Colombo. Each of them are accusing the other of having links with with the Russians. Bond must team up with Melina, solve who the true ally is, and find the A.T.A.C. before it's too late.
