Tickets are eligible for a refund up to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled showtime. No refunds will be issued after the showtime has passed.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
Online Ticket Purchases
- Refunds may be requested through the online ticketing system by selecting “Refund Order” on your ticket page.
- Booking fees are non-refundable.
- Once the 60-minute cutoff has passed, tickets are no longer eligible for a refund.
In-Theater Ticket Purchases
- Refunds must be requested in person at the theater prior to the printed showtime on the ticket.
- Refunds are not available after the showtime.
Third-Party Ticket Purchases
- Tickets purchased through third-party or external ticketing agencies must be refunded directly through that agency.
- Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the refund policies of the original ticketing provider.
- Requests must be made prior to the showtime.
